Daily Bread Food Bank, a not-for-profit organization, empowers other South Florida Not-for-profit organizations to feed needy people and improve their lives. We do this by providing food and other grocery products; and by educating and engaging our community to fight hunger and poverty.

We are the South Florida affiliate of Feeding America, a member of the Florida Association of Food Banks and the largest food bank in the State of Florida.

Daily Bread Food Bank was founded in 1981 as a not-for-profit organization in response to hunger in our community. Daily Bread operates on a very simple principle: reduce hunger by reducing waste. 20% of all food produced in the United States goes to waste.
