Volunteer Time

The Daily Bread Food Bank is always in need of an extra pair of hands and welcomes your contribution of time. Volunteers are the backbone of our organization and we would not be able to feed the hungry without YOUR help! If you are 16 or older, we have a position for you! We offer a variety of ways for people to volunteer and help those less fortunate in our community. ONGOING NEEDS AT DAILY BREAD FOOD BANK

Warehouse/Salvage Work
Much of what we do at Daily Bread Food Bank depends on volunteer help in the warehouse. Food donated from food drives, supermarkets and other food industry companies needs to be sorted, checked and repackaged. Volunteers process the bulk of the food in salvage creating a constant need for individuals in this department.

Administrative/ Office Work
Volunteers are utilized in the office for all types of tasks. We are always in need of people with computer and typing skills, and friendly faces to help us with our mailings. ____________________________________________________________________________________
